Our first step is
screening prospective candidates' resumes. Your
qualifications and references are an important part of
any job search. If we determine from your resume that we
can help further your career, we will then ask you to
prepare a short autobiography. At this point, we'll
schedule a meeting with you to get to know you better.
Based on this, Global Consulting formulates a tailor
made approach.
During the interview,
professional experience and ambitions as well as
contextual factors (like willingness to travel) are
being discussed. Also the cultural match between client
and candidate is assessed. You'll take an online,
30-minute assessment to measure certain behaviors that
will add an important dimension to the Candidate Summary
that we build about you.
When a candidate fits a
position, the role and client are discussed. When there
is interest, Global Consulting will formally introduce
the candidate to the client. This introduction includes
interview notes, resume and an overview of the
candidates' salary and benefits. Global Consulting is a
partner for all involved. During the process, we are in
frequent contact with client and candidate. When a
candidate is hired, Global Consulting will continue the
involvement in order to make sure there is a right fit.
